Working with the CEO, we designed and executed a community investment strategy in the Philippines that aligned commercial objectives with clear social outcomes.
Beyond delivering SROI, we were able to secure key partnerships and leverage the community development strategy as a core value-added commercial tool that can be replicated across multiple frontier markets.

ARSENAL FOOTBALL CLUB
Leveraging Arsenal FC's global brand as a force for social good, we sought to maximise commercial partnerships through a shared value approach.
Integrating Arsenal's core business competency of football excellence with health benefits of play, we researched, prepared and presented social investment strategies to attract new regional partners through an authentic localised approach that directly improves partner communities.
Working with the regional leadership of UNICEF Asia Pacific to better meet its strategic outcomes, 3cc led on the creation of new programming ideas, partner mapping and concept design.
Focusing on adolescents and girl empowerment, we produced several project ideas and implementation strategies to meet immediate objectives while creating a user-led engagement strategy and mapping new models for sustainable funding.
EDUCATION CANNOT WAIT
Established during the World Humanitarian Summit in 2016, Education Cannot Wait (ECW) is the first global fund dedicated to education in emergencies and protracted crises.
Aiming to raise USD 4 Billion by 2030, we are supporting ECW leadership to create accountability structures and provide real opportunities for local partners to access funding that is typically reserved for established and centralised groups.
